Lucky Yeung Chinese Restaurant

Kamloops, BC

Part One - Our family’s favorite Chinese Restaurant in Kamloops.  We often order out from Lucky Yeung and also have visited the restaurant on many occasions for dinner.    Our top dish there is their Beef Brisket Hot Pot and on this visit, we had them prepare it using their curry sauce.  It was very delicious and it alone with steamed rice would have been ample amount of food for the family but like always, we ordered more than what we could have eaten in one sitting.  From their specialty menu, we ordered their Steamed Chicken in Green Onion Sauce.  It wasn’t the best looking dish but it made up for it in taste.

On the night we visited, the place filled up very quickly.  Unlike most of the other Kamloops Chinese restaurants, the clientele was a mix of Chinese university students and locals.

We will post more photos of the dishes from our future visits.
