Hi all, I am iLive2eat and I am a foodie. This blog is all about my love for all things food, covering Kamloops stories as well as serving as a conversational site where people come to talk about anything and everything about food!!

I hope to keep my words to a minimum and let the photos do most of the blogging. And if I do review a restaurant, these reviews are reflect my own opinion and is based on what I like and dislike. No disrespect is intended.

I invite you to comment on my posts. I also invite you to join my Facebook Page or follow me on Twitter.

The Art We Are Cafe

Kamloops, BC

It’s an Art Gallery, Tea Joint, Music Venue, and a delightful cafe where you can order some tasty vegan cooking .  Wondering what a vegan is or what vegans eat, then come check out The Art We Are!  We went there to check out their desserts but checking them out on a Friday evening at 7pm turned out to be the wrong thing to do - they didn’t have much for us to choose from as they were all sold out from being so busy all day.  However, we did get to try their Coconut Cream Pie and a slice of Pumpkin Spice Cookie with Cream Cheese icing.  Very delicious and we will definitely be going back to try more of their offerings and hopefully they will have stock left when we return.  After all, I am still searching for the Top 5 Craziest and Tastiest Desserts in Kamloops and I have a sneaky suspicion that one of them will be found here.
